LNG Intelligence Engine

LNG Intelligence Engine. Structured market analysis for LNG professionals.
Built and maintained by John Plesnicar.

The LNG Intelligence Engine, The Engine, is the working framework I've built over more than fifteen years covering the LNG market. It's how I read that market: applied the same way, every day. The Engine does not repeat headlines. It tests whether they actually change the system.

Before anything runs, I each day classify every development by hand. Is this genuinely new, or recycled commentary on something the market already priced? What is it actually signaling, and how hard? How much does it matter, and how far do I trust the source? Who's exposed, and where?

A framework is only as good as what's fed into it. The first and most important judgment happens at the input: deciding what each story means before The Engine tests what it changes.

From there, every development runs through the same defined checks. Supply, demand, pricing, contracts, shipping, and policy. If it changes incentives, leverage, flexibility, or risk, it gets surfaced. If it doesn't, it's filtered out.
