Intertek supports ConocoPhillips Australia Pty Ltd with Supplier Quality Surveillance services

August 14th, 2012 - Intertek has been engaged by ConocoPhillips Australia Pty Ltd to provide supplier quality surveillance services during the fabrication and construction phases for the Australia Pacific LNG facility. The Australia Pacific LNG project partners include Origin, ConocoPhillips, and Sinopec. ConocoPhillips is responsible for the construction and operation of the LNG facility located on Curtis Island in the Port of Gladstone, Queensland Australia. 

Intertek will provide experienced personnel to perform supplementary oversight of the EPC contractors’ inspection activities at suppliers’ facilities during procurement, manufacturing, testing and construction. These services help companies to ensure that suppliers’ materials and processes meet their specifications and to manage and deliver projects on time, meeting challenges and exceeding expectations.
