On August 7, 2012 the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission conducted a Project Bi-Weekly Conference Call for the Lake Charles Liquefaction Project. The purpose of the call is to discuss the status of the project and key issues.

Trunkline LNG; LNG Export; Gas Companies (Trunkline)

Notes:
• Trunkline continues to have discussions with landowners in the vicinity of the project area, to select a location for the siting of the LNG transfer and vapor lines.
• Once a location for the LNG transfer and vapor lines are selected, Trunkline will provide updated project information to be included in the Notice of Intent to Prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (NOI).
• Trunkline consulted with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District-West Field Office regarding its proposed wetland delineation survey protocols and is incorporating suggested revisions
