October 11th, 2012 - On October 5^th, 2012 Excelerate Liquefaction Solutions I, LLC.  filed an application with the  U.S. Department of Energy  to export up to 10 million metric tons per year of domestically produced LNG to nations without Free Trade Agreements with the United States.  

This application is the second part of Excelerate Liquefaction Solutions I, LLC two part export authorization request.  On May 25^th, 2012 Excelerate Liquefaction Solutions I, LLC   filed an application requesting long term, muliti-contract authorization to export up to 10 MTPA of domestically produced LNG to countries with Free Trade Agreements with the U.S.  The application for exporting LNG to countries with free trade agreements with the U.S. has been approved.
